Each of these is one person or family who came to us for help. We see the bill or the medical reports, speak to the school or hospital, and check who they are before anything appears here. Only then do we ask you for money.
Names are never published here. Each case carries a reference such as FFF-S-0002, and that is what you will see in place of a name. The person's name, address, papers and the school or hospital involved stay with the Foundation. A photograph appears only where the person has agreed to it. Fees and treatment are paid to the institution directly; cash or goods are handed over in person and photographed. Raised is what has actually been received, online and offline together. Still needed is the target minus that — calculated, never claimed. When a case reaches its target it closes, so nothing is raised beyond what was asked for.
