Fellow Feeling Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit company based in Coimbatore, dedicated to creating lasting change through education, disability empowerment, child nutrition, and community development across South India.

Why we ask for these details. Income-tax rules require them before an 80G receipt can be issued. Form 10BD is the return we file with the Income Tax Department; Form 10BE is the certificate you receive from it. We use your details for nothing else.

How we will use these details
What we collect: your name, PAN, mobile number and address, and if you give them, your email and Aadhaar.
Why: to issue your 80G receipt and to file the donor return the Income-tax Act requires of us in Form 10BD, from which your Form 10BE certificate comes. Nothing else.
How long: at least eight years, because tax law requires a Section 8 company to keep these records. Because the law compels this, a donation once receipted cannot be erased on request.
Your rights: you may ask what we hold, have it corrected, withdraw consent for anything optional such as updates, nominate someone to act for you, or complain to us and then to the Data Protection Board of India. Our Grievance Officer is Karthick Subramaniam, Director, reachable on +91 82205 99780.
Donor names published on this site are always masked. We never publish a PAN, Aadhaar, address or phone number. Full notice: Privacy Notice.
Donations from outside India. Fellow Feeling Foundation accepts contributions from Indian citizens and Indian entities only. Foreign contributions, including from NRI accounts held abroad, can be accepted only after FCRA registration. We will say so here on the day that changes.
